StudioTechX is a software studio based at Kalpetta PO, Wayanad, Kerala 673121, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information across this website and our client work.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Access credentials you share for hosting, domains, or third-party services are stored in an encrypted password manager, shared only with team members working on your project, and rotated or returned at project close on request.
Where we host or maintain a system for you, we may process end-user data belonging to your customers strictly as needed to operate that system.
We rely on a small set of providers to run our business: hosting and CDN providers, email and business productivity services, analytics, and payment processing. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Enquiries are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Project records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and contractual obligations require. Backups follow their own rotation schedule and expire automatically.
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function — including remembering your dark or light theme preference — plus privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
We use encrypted transport, role-based access, least-privilege credentials, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep tested backups and a defined incident process.
Write to info@studiotechx.com or support@studiotechx.com for any privacy request. We respond within a reasonable period and will tell you if a legal obligation prevents deletion.
