Service

Support that behaves like a utility

Clear plans, published response targets, and one team that already knows your system — because they built it.

Plans

Three levels of ongoing care

Pick the level that matches how much your business depends on the system.

Essential care

Uptime monitoring, daily backups, SSL renewal, security patches, and email support for small sites.

Business care

Everything in Essential plus a monthly block of change hours, performance reviews, and priority response.

Application support

For custom systems: error monitoring, database maintenance, integration checks, and a named contact.

Response targets

What happens when you report something

Targets during business hours, Monday to Saturday, with 24/7 cover for outages on hosting plans.

Site or app down

Acknowledged within one hour, worked continuously until service is restored.

Broken core feature

Acknowledged same business day, fix targeted within one business day.

Minor bug or content change

Acknowledged within one business day, scheduled into the next weekly cycle.

New feature request

Estimated within three business days, then scheduled once approved.

Questions

Support, answered

Do we have to take a support plan?

No. Every project includes a 30-day post-launch window. After that, a plan is optional — but unmaintained software drifts, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise.

How do we raise an issue?

Email support@studiotechx.com with a description and a screenshot, or message our WhatsApp line for anything urgent. Both reach the same team.

Can you support software another company built?

Often yes, after a paid audit. The audit tells you what state the code and hosting are in and what it will cost to keep running safely.

What is not covered by a plan?

New features, redesigns, and third-party licence fees are quoted separately. Fixes, patching, monitoring, and backups are covered.
